[Bug] CUDA version won't use my discrete graphics card

Hi. The normal version of PowerAim uses my RTX 4060 just fine. I'm not sure why the CUDA version is not using my discrete graphics card even though I have it selected. MY RTX 4060 is NVIDIA, so I'm not sure what is the issue. Maybe I'm missing something.

The way I can tell if it's using my Intel UHD 770 integrated graphics is that the aim assist is slow, such as moving once every 0.25 seconds instead of every 0.05 seconds or something, so it's very jittery, slow, and not smooth.

Thank you! For some reason I still have issues. This is some additional information in the logs:

I'm sure you're still fixing it, as I read the 2.2.0.1, but I wanted to provide more information just in case it helps.
I'm still having issues loading the dGPU even with the temp fix.

The CUDA / TensorRT setup says I have all 3 things needed, CUDA runtime, cuDNN, and TensorRT when I click "Re-check", but it still doesn't load the dGPU but uses my iGPU.
