Cannot install python3-coral-enviro for Coral Environmental Sensor Board

What I ran

sudo apt install python3-coral-enviro

What the docs said should happen

The demo script "enviro_demo.py" installed into /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/coral/enviro and should run.

On Coral Dev Board:

python3
On target with a Mendel OS: Python 3.7

What actually happened

Install failed with "Unable to locate package"
mendel@fun-quill:~$ sudo apt install python3-coral-enviro

E: Unable to locate package python3-coral-enviro

Since "python3-coral-enviro" no longer installs, the workaround I used is to git clone and install.

$ git clone https://coral.googlesource.com/coral-cloud
$ cat requirements.txt
$ pip3 install -r requirements.txt
$ sudo apt install python3-dev python3-pip python3-setuptools python3-wheel
$ sudo python3 setup.py install
$ pip3 install --upgrade pip
$ pip3 install cryptography
$ sudo python3 setup.py install
$ sudo apt install -y zlib1g-dev libjpeg-dev libfreetype6-dev liblcms2-dev libopenjp2-7-dev libtiff5-dev tk-dev tcl-dev
$ sudo pip3 install --no-cache-dir --upgrade pillow
$ sudo python3 setup.py install
$ cd enviro/
$ pip3 install "cbor2<5.5"
$ pip3 install asn1crypto
$ sudo pip3 install typing_extensions
$ sudo pip3 install python-periphery
$ sudo python3 enviro_demo.py

The LCD comes on, but the sensor values are "nan". Looking for a solution here.
