[Enhancement Request] Allow defining entities (users/hosts/services) for generating sample data

It would be great if we could define users/hosts/services when generating sample data. Rather than just randomized values there would be an option for us to specify parameters as well.
This would allow testing scenarios on specific users/hosts/services and also ensure compatibility with Entity Analytics
