Move feature documentation from central score repo to lifecycle repo

What

According to the score module template we should move the (partial) feature documentation from the central score repo to the lifecycle repo.

Benefit:

• We will have a single point of documentation for the lifecycle feature
• We can remove duplication in the documentation
• Easier to change the lifecycle documentation when its in our own repo

See (baselibs as an example](eclipse-score/score@10f59a1), they have already moved their feature documentation to baselibs repo.

Acceptance Criteria (DoD)

Feature documentation is moved from score repo to lifecycle repo (follow the baselibs example)
