Ability to sync notes from Koreader

So that when a book is deleted the notes aren't also removed.

There is a koreader plugin that supports this, saving files to dropbox or WebDAV. See https://github.com/gitalexcampos/highlightsync.koplugin

This approach would only be achievable by adding WebDAV into HA COPS - perhaps it is better to just direct people to us Dropbox.

Note that the built in tools are focussed more in exporting highlights to an external location, and not syncing them, which would pull highlights onto the reader as well as exporting them.

This may not be possible till the functionality to import highlights is added to koreader.
