Following the release of v3.0.0-beta.1 CRUD API plugin now supports API Key auth. We need to update the skill to include this, where we currently include Entra auth.

We will also need to increment the version number in SKILL.md, and ship a new version of Dev Proxy Toolkit to include the new update in the extension.
