I noticed that there is a new Billing API endpoint, BillingInsights.List that hasn't yet been implemented in godo.
Is this something that's already in progress? I have something mocked up to match (as close as possible) the structure of the existing billing_insights.go that I can submit in a PR if nothing is already in the works.
