Evaluate Boltz-Jump and determine whether we could implement it in sampleworks

This paper https://openreview.net/forum?id=PeZjk9BcPR&referrer=%5Bthe%20profile%20of%20Saeed%20Saremi%5D%28%2Fprofile%3Fid%3D~Saeed_Saremi1%29 proposed a new method to accelerate conformational sampling with Boltz-2 claiming a 10x speedup. We should evaluate:

1. How valid is the claimed speedup?
2. Can it be generalized into our framework, or is it dependent on some unique feature of Boltz-2

The result of this should be a short write up and depending on the analysis a new issue to implement the proposed BoltzJump method in sampleworks.
