Decision3 is the operating system for the autonomous AI economy.
Not a product. Not a framework. An infrastructure layer — the missing foundation that autonomous AI agents need to operate in the real world.
I was building EvoAgent — an AI agent platform where agents learn and evolve through user feedback.
Three things blocked me from deploying it seriously:
- Payment — agents couldn't pay for services across diverging payment standards without locking into one vendor
- Context — agents had no disciplined memory boundary; token bloat and hallucination drift were architectural, not bugs
- Identity — agents acted for anonymous corporations, not named individuals with accountable ownership
None of these existed as production-grade, open tools. So I built them.
Interouter — facilitator-agnostic middleware for x402. Cross-facilitator compatibility. Fallback routing. Circuit breaker. Status: v0.1.6 live on npm. 45/45 tests passing.
Bounded boxes. Markdown-anchored memory. No hallucination drift. No token bloat. Status: D3-ACP Protocol drafted.
Decentralized identifiers humans own. Agents act for named individuals, not anonymous corporations. Status: Architecture defined.
EvoAgent is the first real-world consumer of Decision3 infrastructure. This is dogfooding, not theorizing. Every problem Decision3 solves is a problem we hit ourselves. Every tool we ship is one we run in production first.

The x402 standard moved under Linux Foundation in April 2026, backed by Coinbase, Google, AWS, Stripe, Visa, Cloudflare.
Hyperscalers are already shipping incompatible implementations.
The window to define the compatibility layer is open. It will not be open in 12 months.
