Namespace inconsistencies

1. The namespace for the factory needs to match the namespace for the service
2. The tests could use php unit instead of slim tests
3. The namespace for the two test files is wrong, and when corrected there are a couple of use statements that will be unneccesary
4. Do you want to add the entry to the dependencies file?
