Are you talking here specifically about the lack of the config file? The current workflow is, if it does not have the config files, it tells you to re-run bedrust with the --init flag.

I will implement the ask to run init straight from the failure. 👏

no if e.g. you don't have working credentials (maybe you haven't selected the profile, etc.)

I think in general, an error that might work on retry should probably just go back into the loop and ask the user if they want to quit (so I don't have to retype my message)
