RoutingError

I am seeing the following error in my production.log file:

ActionController::RoutingError (uninitialized constant ParkingLotChartController):

This is on a Bitnami Redmine Stack install with Redmine 2.0.3 and Rails v3.2.6. I have installed to apps\redmine\htdocs\plugins.

I am also seeing in the header bar of the project "translation missing:en.parking_lot_chart". Is there something I'm missing with the install process?

I have same problem.
But I can resolve it with renaming directory name from parking_lot_chart to redmine_parking_lot_chart.
