…ne-aware knobs' note

Adds the MSnap "off" behavior to the Mod page parameters table (now
matches the device's runtime display):

  MSnap | When MType=Poly: ON/OFF harmonic-snap toggle. When
MType ≠ Poly: reads "off" — toggle is musically inert in
Trem/PEnv modes; encoder still works for pre-setting

Adds a {: .note } admonition explaining the broader pattern: TBDings
has two engine-aware Case-B knobs (Chord + MSnap) that say "off" when
musically inert. The honest-display pattern means users never wonder
"is this knob broken?" — the OLED tells them whenever a knob is
currently doing nothing.

Mirrors the same UX honesty pattern documented in TBDaits's
PT_PLAITS_HARM (which renders DX7 patches / Wtbl banks / Chord names
per the active Plaits engine) — though that's a Case-A "different
semantics per engine" pattern, not Case-B "no semantics in some
engines." See port-rack-plugin-prompt.md UX PRINCIPLE #2 for the
Case A vs Case B distinction.
