CLI fails to get password from CTRL-V for login to Conjur Cloud in Windows

##Bug description
Steps to reproduce:

In Windows, init the CLI using Conjur Cloud URL: conjur init

Login using admin user and api key (Using CTRL C + CTRL V)

Current Results:

Login fails with 401, although the api key is correct

Expected Results:

Login successfully

Error Messages:

##Workaround Complexity
There's an easy workaround

##Workaround Description

• Right-click to paste
• Clicking Edit > Paste from the window menu
• Enabling Properties > Options > Use Ctrl+Shift+C/V as Copy/Paste from the menu
• Using the new Windows Terminal: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/windows-terminal/9n0dx20hk701
• Supply password for login using --password or -p parameter
