Can we add a custom file to an SD card somewhere (perhaps in the .crosspoint folder? something like this_is_an_X4_device.json) to tell calibre plugins that the SD card goes to an X4 (Or I guess X3) device, and to manage the files and folders on the SD card directly as if they were on an X4 device, but without the overhead of the wifi communications, including running the optimization pass and anything else it does?
