Show hint marker from finish2 if finish is selected, but no timestamp exists for finish

With Start2 and Finish2 being the official (I think?) names as the backups for the primary stations. it would be nice if the hint would fall back to the backup if the primary timestamp is not available. I guess the behaviour could be:

• Filter for events from Finish*
• Place Finish2 if it's the first one to pop up
• REPLACE with Finish if it comes in second
• If Finish becomes for Finish2, Finish2 is ignored

Currently the waypoint used for hints is configured on the CrewTimer tab.

I think I would add this as a 2nd Hint waypoint in that tab. I think it only makes sense for hints that have bow numbers as it's not easy to determine if two ? bows are separate or the same.

• If hint2 timestamp has a bow/race and hint1 does not have that bow/race, add it to the active hints
• If hint1 shows up with the same bow/race remove hint2 from active hints
