[Pk2] Modal not working (inactivates all content)

in both, Firefox and Safari on macOS 10.13 (Beta) the modal causes the page to "inactivate" all content. The user isn't able to close the modal and go back to the main content anymore.
See screenshot.
The only resolution is to reload the page.

Thank you for pointing out. It seems the problem is coming from having a position: relative and z-index on the .section. To fix this you have 2 options:

1. Move the modal-body outside of the div.section
2. Add this CSS at the end of paper-kit.css .section { position: unset !important; }

We will do some more tests and see which is the best option for the next update.
