iPad: player UI should fill screen width and grow on scroll

User suggestions (iPad Air 13", latest iOS):

> - On the main video screen, the player UI could fill the width of the iPad screen rather than being a small box.
> - Maybe if you scroll down, the video can take more space and expand, pushing the comments section down.
