For feature parity with Vanilla Minecraft's F3 Debug menu, consider allowing the BetterF3's Debug menu to be shown on the title-Screen, inside of GUIs and in the main menu.
This is mostly useful for quickly diagnosing which GPU is used by minecraft without entering the game and also viewing the FPS while not directly playing.

Allow F3 Debug menu to be shown everywhere, where vanilla would display it. Additionally, hide irrelevant information, if displayed outside of in-game context (hide location, biome...)
