Possible to use on Windows?

I read in the readme that it works out of the box on MacOS and Linux.
For windows you need WSL.

Is there a way to run cognate directly on windows without using WSL?

Theoretically it might work under something like git bash or some other unix-y environment, I just haven't tested it.
