What is your mission statement or objective for this new group?

My mission is to make practical software engineering more accessible on campus. I have seen that students are interested in technology, but opportunities to work with real tools, systems, and industry practices are limited. I want this group to create those opportunities through hands-on workshops, projects, and peer learning around cloud-native technologies. Rather than just introducing students to CNCF projects, the goal is to give them enough practical exposure to actually build, deploy, and understand modern software systems.
