Links to add

• Console sidebar "Help" link → docs.clearcms.app
• Core admin "?" help icons → relevant doc pages
• Error pages → troubleshooting guides
• Domain settings → custom domains guide
• Editor → content management guide
• Empty states → getting started guide

Requirements

• Links open in new tab
• Contextual: each link goes to the relevant section, not just the homepage
• Works on both desktop and mobile
