Crops registered as varieties

I am trying to register some crop data, but only two of my listed crops are listed as crops the rest as varieties. Please find attached screenshots.

I have not all the needed data available, and some I typing both transplant and direct seed values.

I am running cropplanning on Ubuntu.

1. Can you confirm that there is nothing (no spaces even) in the "Variety Name" box of "Porre" and "Rucula"?
2. Are you filtering (via the text box in upper right) the crop/var list in any way?
3. If you select the "Varieties" button, does it show you just the other 3 elements that aren't shown when the "Crops" button is selected? (ie are "Broccoli" and "Hvidkal" hidden and only "Log", "Porre" and "Rucula" shown?)

1. Yes, no input. I select both direct seed and transplant to have both notes areas available.
2. No, I have not yet used that functionality.
3. Yes, please find attached screenshot.
