ctrl + left mouse button click doesn't work

Initially, in nuggt-align, using the docker image from chunglabmit/shield-2018:latest, a user found that ctrl + left mouse button click failed to annotate a new point. After Shift+N, it seems to work. I was able to reproduce this behavior.

As you mentioned, I opened the two URLs and press shift+N to start the manual annotation. but it seemed that ctrl + left mouse button click (on the reference image) did not give me any response. How should I try to fix it?
