User should be able to configure the path of the used executables for compilation and execution
Proposed usage:
egor config set java.home /my/java/home
Since we can't do this for all languages we propose that this will only be done for supported languages (C/C++, Java, Python).
For other languages there will be support to change the compile and exec command in later version
