The mangosd.exe file won't run on 32-bit Windows 7.

I can't start playing because I need to create an account. To create an account, I need to open the mangosd.exe file. When I open this file, I get an error:
"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."
Since I have 32-bit Windows 7, the program is most likely designed for 64 bits. Is there any way to fix this problem?

open mangosd exe means you start server, and there will be an open console window named mangosd.exe which is server console. There you make account. But repack requires 64bit windows. I never used 32bit OS with that, and can't promise support for that
