Theme switching doesn't appear to work for Regolith 3

Recently switched to regolith for my window manager, and went through the set up process for the themes for gnome-terminal and gtk.
However, running the regolith-look command clears my default font for gnome-terminal, and the surrounding colors don't appear to be updating either, instead just inheriting whatever theme was installed previously.

Hey guys check out this PR on regolith-looks-extra, someone seems to have made a regolith 3 compatible adaptation:

For me it seems that style changes to ilia (app launcher) are not applied.
