I am not able to debug code. Promise function is returning error. It is showing rejected.

There is an updated version 0.4.0 with improvements, try removing any previous version and install the latest version from https://webcard.cardid.org. Check in that page that, for starters, you can see a list of your connected smart card readers and that you can send a command to the card.
