HTML Cache

What it does for you

HTML Cache makes your pages load faster for visitors by serving a saved copy. You can see how much of your site is cached, clear the cache for a page or the whole site when a change isn't showing, and turn on maintenance mode while you work.

Your screens

  • Cache coverage: how many of your pages are cached.
  • Cache map: which URLs are cached and what they depend on.

What you can do

  • See how much of your site is cached.
  • Clear the cache for a page or everything.
  • Turn on maintenance mode during updates.

Where to find it

Go to HTML Cache in the admin to see coverage and clear the cache.

Good to know

  • Cached pages load faster for visitors.
  • Click Clear cache (or clear a selection) if a change isn't showing on the live site.
  • Turn on maintenance mode while you make big updates.

For how to use HTML Cache, see the admin guide. For developers: see the README.
