Improve the update experience #281

Description

So, right now it's working pretty well. It actually opens a Terminal window and uses the Homebrew command to reinstall the latest version of the package. The problem is that it's not the best user experience. It feels a bit awkward.

Personally, I don't mind because I know what the Terminal is doing, but for a regular user it's a different story. Seeing a Terminal window suddenly pop up and run a bunch of commands can be pretty intimidating. On top of that, the user has to interact with it, which just makes the whole update process feel more complicated than it should.

The second issue is that every time the app updates, we end up having to grant Full Disk Access again. I'm not really sure how other apps handle updates, so I don't know what the best solution is here, but maybe there's another way to implement updates that avoids this.

One thing I'd really like is for updates not to reset permissions like that. It's definitely a minor annoyance rather than a major issue, but I think it's something worth improving if possible.
