Testing infrastracture

Problem: prepared nuget package is not automatically tested.

Maybe we need docker images where simple .net core project will be build and run (some kind of smoke test based on project from samples solution).

2 images would be required for now: win64, lin64

I was thinking about series do docker images with unit tests based on samples. We would check then if net46,net47, core, linux core, oxs core or even linux/osx mono can be used as a runtime environment.

It's connected with travisci and allows check if stable ver of library can be used with net core on linux. Still requires package version customization

There are two things we may want to address with this:

1. Not only tests that package works after installation, but also that it is possible to install the package on different environments. This will be a bit hard to do, but feasible at least with .net core.
2. Test with a package, that is not yet published to nuget.org.
