Request AlphaMissense team to run VEP on new haplotypes

@p-koo will email Avsec to see if he'd be open to generating some new VEP with AlphaMissense on the 1KG haplotypes (and eventually the All of Us haplotypes, assuming we can export them from the secure environment).
