Papers with title but missing other metadata (authors, abstract, journal)

Some papers like https://arxiv.org/abs/2604.01658 have titles but are missing authors, abstract, and journal. The cascade enricher should do an OpenAlex title search as a follow-up when a page scrape gets only the title.
