Running into issues using a watermark image that is hosted on a remote filesystem. Since the "Watermarked image directory" setting doesn't allow the selection of existing Volumes, I presume this is currently restricted to local files only?
Ideally we're able to select existing Volumes and default upload locations similar to the field settings when creating a new Assets field:
