Advanced options panel

I believe an advanced frame options panel on the side of the camera feed would be a good home for additional features.

Currently there are several features that, were they to all be added, would clutter the bar. I think part of the software's strength is the simplicity and accessibility and I think keeping with that simplicity, advanced features such as - #563 #484 #77 #483 #121 #164 should be implemented in a common panel that can be toggled to stay open or closed (closed by default) while animating.

I think it depends on each feature. For example, the x-sheet mode should use a vertical list on the right and hide the current timeline.

On the other hand, onion skin features / configuration could easily be added next to the current bar.

Maybe some features will appear in a new menu, and maybe some current features will be moved.

Our goal is to keep the software easy to use and understand. For each feature, we think about how it can be integrated without degrading the user experience ;)
