Noted in the #713 sweep review: open PRs #531 (tmux spawn liveness, issue #513) and #612 (unresumable-transcript self-heal) currently carry an identical _verify_repl_survived_launch hunk in _spawn_tmux_repl — one should supersede the other (or they need a deliberate split). Both also need a routine rebase now that #713 is merged (disjoint hunks in tmux_session.py/test_tmux_session.py). #713's reconnect wake re-prime composes cleanly with #612's fresh-relaunch self-heal.
