Configure a separate location for Syndicate scripts under AGPL so that all of the source repo here can be under Documentation. 📈 This issue requires implementing tips and the community oversight schemes thereto. Also will need to change some of the raw footer disclosures given that will likely need something like a regulations subdomain in prod.
