Parrot Phoneme Groups Have No Actions

Parrot is installed in latest Blender, W11. All looks fine except that the Phoneme Groups have no Actions. How do we go about populating that list?

You need to set those up yourself. Each action is meant to be a pose in the pose library that moves the lips into a particular position. So after you create your lip poses, you can then click on the action slots here and map them to the poses you created.
