Pulse oxymetry import from Labchart v8

Hello PsPM team,

I am collecting pulse oxymetry from fMRI study and wish to use PsPM to analyse this data. However, you only support Labchart v<7 and our institution only have access to licensed v8. Could you suggest the best way to import and preprocess this type of data on PsPM? My current PsPM version is 6.1.2 on Windows 11 as somehow I could not open PsPM version 7 on my laptop. Also, when PsPM is open on a single screen laptop, the user interface only shows on half the screen just to let you know if this is a bug that could be fixed!

Hi Martha.

1. There are several ways of importing Labchart data - either via an external library or via export to matlab from Labchart software. Neither should be restricted to Labchart v7. Which route are you using?
2. When you open PsPM on your labtop, can you move the PsPM window to the centre of your screen? If not, could you send details of OS, screen size/resolution, Matlab version?
