I'm currently using PSPM's ECG Editor to manually inspect QRS detection in a 650-second ECG recording, and I have about 500 files to process. Since I'm only interested in the QRS complexes around my event onsets (CS+ and CS- in a fear conditioning study), is there a way to focus the inspection on those specific time windows? |

Could you create a dummy "missing epochs" file that excludes everything outside your epochs of interest, and use that as "artefact file" for the ECG inspection only? You could then choose to exclude "artefact" epochs from the inspection. Dominik |
