Install Redis PHP extension issue

My issue have been resolved by specify release package directly.

RUN curl -L -o /tmp/redis.tgz \
    https://pecl.php.net/get/redis-6.2.0.tgz \
    && pecl install /tmp/redis.tgz \
    && docker-php-ext-enable redis \
    && rm /tmp/redis.tgz

I got the following error when I tried to build it:
