Switching EF Core to use MySQL or PostgreSQL results in exceptions

first of all, thanks for a nice boilerplate! :)

I tried switching EF Core to use MySQL and PostgreSQL and in both cases, I managed to get it to work fairly quickly, but as soon as you click on Brands or Products, an exception pops up.

Edit: Actually, anything except Role management and Profile throws an exception.

All Nuget packages referencing 5.0.1 were updated to 5.0.2, in case it helps resolving this.
