05/2025 Download "Manage Desk" Feature missing

Describe the bug
Using the "DeskBooking2023.msapp" download the recent update of the "Manage Desks" is missing
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download msapp file from GitHub
2. open in Power Apps
3. Button noted missing on App preview
4. no error given

Expected behavior
All features of App to be in download

I had the similar issue and I got it fixed after I had List for DeskAdmin set up with my email as a user. I was then able to see the manage icon.
