Hello Andrew, excellent work with the slides & notebook.
I have taken the Notebook and made minor/formatting changes so that it is a single script that does the simulations & visualizations. It is attached as .py.zip file.
If you see it relevant, please upload this script to the repo so there is a local script method to add in here.
