Strange render while max size equals min size

Hello !

I encountered an issue while using splitpanes, trying to have a pane having both same min-size and max-size. Here is a example :

Rendering seems to not work properly, and redimensioning have a much more than strange behaviour.

Is it a known issue ? Or am i using the lib wrong?
