Issue with Live Streaming and Video Upload on Ant Media Server

I am writing to report a technical issue that I have been experiencing while using your service. Whenever I attempt to start a live stream or upload a video to the server, the process does not complete successfully. Instead, it remains stuck on the loading screen indefinitely and does not proceed further.

This issue has been consistently occurring and is preventing me from using the platform effectively. I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as refreshing the page and checking my internet connection, but the problem still persists.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide guidance or a solution as soon as possible. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side, such as logs or screenshots.

The issue where live streaming or video uploads get stuck on loading is often caused by one of several common factors. While I can't provide a definitive fix without server logs, here are the likeliest causes and steps to resolve them:

1. Resource Limits: Ant Media Server has built-in CPU and memory usage limits (default 75%). If your server exceeds these, publishing can be blocked. Check your server's resource usage and consider adjusting the server.cpu_limit and server.memory_limit_percentage values in the red5.properties file, then restart the service.
2. File Permissions & Storage: Ensure the Ant Media Server process has write permissions to its application directories (especially the webapps folder and its subdirectories like LiveApp/streams). Also, verify that your server has sufficient disk space.
3. Firewall and Ports: Confirm that the necessary ports for RTMP (default 1935) and your application (default 5080) are open on your server's firewall.
4. Check Server Logs: The most crucial step is to examine the Ant Media Server logs, typically found in the logs directory. Look for any ERROR or WARN messages around the time you try to start a stream. This will provide specific clues about what's failing.

Please try these steps and share any relevant error messages from the logs. This will help in diagnosing the exact problem.

It's the same thing that happens to me, I tried it a while ago and recently I installed AMS again to check if the file upload had improved, but no, it hasn't improved, it seems they don't make adjustments to that. I have tried it on many servers and the case is the same. I hope they improve that problem and give some touch-ups to the panel, it's very confusing.
