Update and standardize the package

• Remove Dominance package related functions (Dominance no longer exists)
• Fix leaflet map issue with nothing displayed
• Split functions across files
• Use base pipe (update deps accordingly)
• Use .data rather than onLoad to deal with NOTES
• No return()
