Where to find ultrabus library?

Hey, the first issue ☺.

I want to try this tool because in Arch Linux I tried to build it, but it's unable to find the ultrabus library, and I have been unable to find it. In Github, it seems this is the only code using ultrabus.hpp.

The dbus-tool utility depends on libultrabus, which in turn depends on libiomultiplex.
Both libiomultiplex and libultrabus are experimental libraries I'm working on for fun on my spare time, so they are not extensively tested.

But I'm happy someone wants to try the dbus-tool utility :)
And here is a short instruction on how to build it.
In the instructions below the default installation directory '/usr/local' will be used.

First we need to clone, build, and install libiomultiplex:

# git clone https://github.com/alfmep/libiomultiplex.git
# cd libiomultiplex
# ./autogen.sh
# ./configure
# make
# sudo make install
# cd ..

Then we need to clone, build, and install libultrabus:

# git clone https://github.com/alfmep/libultrabus.git
# cd libultrabus
# ./autogen.sh
# ./configure
# make
# sudo make install
# cd ..

And at last we can clone, build, and install dbus-tool:

# git clone https://github.com/alfmep/dbus-tool.git
# cd dbus-tool
# ./autogen.sh
# ./configure
# make
# sudo make install
