Add a MySQL provider similar to the implementation in #6.

I noticed that the tests use EF Core, and Pomelo.EntityFrameworkCore.MySql has recently been struggling to keep up with new EF Core releases. However, the community is now maintaining Microting.EntityFrameworkCore.MySql.
