What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After you delete one or more key strokes, when you type the same
consonant twice, you are not sure of halanth insertion properly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What I see is either (i) no halanth insertion at all or (ii) first halanth
is inserted, and then the consonant appears twice.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
